Starting Saturday 3rd September between 11am & 12pm Boxing 🥊🥊 Classes Will be held at the Masjid, all fitness levels welcome, we’ll be doing circuit training followed by Boxing Combo training Insha’Allah 💯

It’s important to keep yourself Fit & Strong with the ability to stand your ground in Self Defense if that time ever comes…
